🚨 Highlight on another new menu cocktail- "All You Can Eat"! This one was created by Jennifer Kathryn Ferreira and is based on her favourite things when she goes to sushi. You know those green guava candies you get at the end of the meal? We've infused those in BACARDÍ rum, made a pink sushi ginger shrub, nori bitters and topped with soda. Come in, pair it with our excellent new snack menu-we're open from 4pm-2am.

They say you don't make friends with salad, but maybe this one is the exception? Chris Williams will be there this evening making tasty food from our new food menu. This salad features chopped romaine lettuce tossed in roasted garlic Caesar dressing and garnished with crispy chicken skin croutons and savoury egg yolk syrup. Let's just say, we think you'll make friends with this salad. 😉 Open this evening from 4pm-2am.

Meet Paddington! Recipe made by our very own Aiden Delaney , this cocktail features Signal Hill Whiskey, our house Amaro blend, honey syrup, vanilla marmalade, lemon juice and an egg. AND It gets served in a teacup with a cute little marmalade sandwich. It's smooth, sweet and will definitely hit the spot. Come in and try it off our new menu, we're open 4pm-2am!

Have you tried this cocktail yet? Grandma's Pie is a milk punch that we make with- yes, you guessed it- actual pie! When Wes Gendron pitched this at our staff meeting, there was no recipe, just the thought of putting a pie into a milk punch. And we had to make this work!

Grandma's Pie: Brandy, whiskey, rosè wine, Aperol, strawberry syrup, lemon juice and a strawberry rhubarb pie clarified with milk.
