How to develop effective servant leaders In a generation inclined to shrink away from leadership, can change and innovation take place? How can we help Millennials become the kind of authentic leaders that not only achieve results, but also build up others to multiply their influence?

It's the first day at headquarters without our inaugural cohort, and the place feels empty without them! Thanks to Rhys, Brad, Janice, Caleb, and Matthew for a wonderful eight months, and also for this tasty "carat cake" they made for us on their last day here.

The cohort enjoyed a wonderful meal together at Cardus president Michael Van Pelt's home, along with a few members of the staff, to celebrate the past year.

The cohort had an incredible experience at the 2015 prayer breakfast in Ottawa last week. Participating in the student forum was a highlight!

This year, Janice has been chasing the question, "What good is art making?" Last week, it led her to facilitate an evening workshop of collaborative art-making around an exploration of faith.
Guests were guided through a series of questions and encouraged to use image and word to work through the ideas of what it means to be human and what faith has to do with it. Sharing art, food, and ideas about faith is messy. It is also very good.

The first rule of Allen Key Club is: You do not talk about Allen Key Club.
