A am SO EXCITED to be doing a long overdue intimate and interactive show here in my chosen home of Kingston, Ontario. This solo show will be unlike any I’ve done in the area in about ten years…

I’m so excited for the opportunity to connect with people at this awesome and unique venue in the west end. Thanks to La Vida Bistrobar & Social for being so enthusiastic and for having this idea in the first place! 🙏🏻🫶🏻

On the morning of September 3, 2023, three years ago today, you said goodbye. Your last words to me were “don’t cancel your gig! “
Well, Suz. I did just that. I cancelled my gig and I grieved in a way I’ve never felt before. Here we are three years later to the day and I have that same show, sold out at The Cove in Westport tonight. It wasn’t planned, for this reason, but I feel so incredibly grateful for it on so many levels.
As I sit here this morning on Suzie‘s beach in my backyard, I am grateful for every lesson and every ounce of love you brought me. I still hear your voice every day. Thank you for being such an amazing guardian angel. Don’t worry, I know you’ve had a hand in all of this awesome in my life and I appreciate it. I love you so much and I miss you so much.
Tash and I are making your beach super pretty and also accessible. ;)

Friendship, to love, to marriage… the last five years was a game changer of all game changers.
You have seen me through my biggest ups and my biggest downs (I think we started with the downs. lol). You were my best pal. You told me you unconditionally loved me. Nobody has ever said that to me before. It reminded me that love is there. We have to stay open to it even in our most challenging times. It will reward us. I feel so frigging rewarded.

What a life we have built. Beyond any wild dreams. It’s absolutely incredible and I’m so grateful it includes a huge and awesome family on both sides, filled with warmth and love and celebration.

Thanks for choosing this as our song. It meant and still means the world to me. Thanks for encouraging me to grow and thanks for being up for a major partner in crime to adventure life with. Holy wow… we have had some serious adventures so far…
