RMT & Athletic Therapist 💪🏽
Jessica graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Therapy in 2023. After completing her degree, she went on to further her education and develop her manual technique skills by studying massage therapy at the Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2024.
Her approach to treatment involves using a combination of manual and soft tissue techniques in conjunction with simple stretching and exercise programs. Along with her strong background in treating sports and activity related injuries, she also has experience with post-operative rehabilitation, postural strain injuries, tension headaches, and general relaxation
massages.
When Jessica is not working, she enjoys reading, going for walks with her dog, and being with friends and family.
