We saw a bull and cow moose, loons up at the lake and elk on our drive up🫎🦌

Today is September 16th so we celebrated Mexico’s Independence Day 🇲🇽 The kitchen made the most delicious taco bar ever at lunch 🌮
For fiesta time we had Mexican fruit cups with cucumber, watermelon and tajin. As well as churros with caramel sauce and crunchy frituras 🎉
