From mental health counselling and nutrition support to exercise therapy and stress management, InspireHealth walks alongside people during one of life's most challenging journeys. It is an honor to invest in the well-being of our community, and we feel privileged to be able to contribute to an organization that brings care, strength, and hope to so many people right here in Kamloops.

Another summit conquered and what a way to finish!🎉 Jeff has officially completed the Seven Summits, and he saved the best for last - Mount Everest, the highest peak on Earth at 8,848.86 meters. A&T flag flying at the top of the world 🙌. We couldn't be more proud!
