God is Here - Sermon - Pastor Dave Page
Jesus promised His frightened disciples they would never be left alone. In John 14 and 16, He tells them the Holy Spirit, the Advocate, will come to live in them and stay forever. The Spirit is a person to know, and His presence is for our good. Many believers have grown familiar with the idea of the Holy Spirit while remaining strangers to His presence. This message invites us to come with curiosity and to pray one simple prayer this week: Holy Spirit, make me aware of Your presence.

🧡 Today is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Today we set aside time to remember the children who never came home, and to honour the survivors and families who carry that story still.

Remembering is where reconciliation begins. As the prophet Micah reminds us, the Lord asks us "to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God" (Micah 6:8).

We invite you to pause with us today. Wear orange, spend a quiet moment in prayer, or take time to listen to a survivor's story.

Every child matters. 🧡

The God You Already Know - Sermon - Pastors Dave & Marlee Page
Moses refused the Promised Land if God's presence did not go with him. Jesus answers that longing in John 14, promising the Holy Spirit who lives with us and in us. Many believers hold that promise yet keep living like orphans, relying on effort and self-reliance. Pastors Dave and Marlee Page explore the gap between knowing about God and knowing him, with stories from Pascal and D.L. Moody. Because Christ has already made his home in us, we can welcome the Spirit with honest, open hands and step into a life of nearness.

Moving Together - Sermon - Pastor Dave Page
In Ephesians 4:1-16, Paul urges believers to walk worthy of the calling they have received. That walk is relational: humility, gentleness, patience, and bearing with one another in love. Our unity is a gift we receive in Christ, the one Lord at the centre of His church. To each of us He gives grace and gifts that equip His people for works of service, just as William Carey and the early Baptist churches each brought something to one mission. The goal is maturity in Christ, a body that builds itself up in love as each part does its work.

Eyes That See - Sermon - Pastors Marlee & Dave Page
Two disciples walked the road to Emmaus with the risen Jesus beside them and never recognized Him. Their disappointment had narrowed their vision until a shared meal opened their eyes. Luke 24 reminds us that the presence of Jesus does not depend on our awareness of it. He still walks with us through grief, unanswered prayer and seasons when God feels hidden. Scripture teaches us to look again, and the Lord's Table shows us grace that was there all along. Ask Him for eyes that see, and trust that you never walk the road alone.

The Good Samaritan - Sermon - Pastor Dave Page
A lawyer asks Jesus where the line is: who exactly counts as my neighbour? Jesus answers with a story. A priest and a Levite see the wounded man and walk on. A Samaritan, the outsider, crosses the road and lets what he sees change what he does. Instead of naming who qualifies, Jesus asks which man became a neighbour. The Kingdom is often hidden in something ordinary, lying beside the road we are hurrying down. We can cross that road because Christ crossed it first for us. Go and do likewise.

The Son Who Never Left - Sermon - Pastor Marlee Page
Jesus tells of two sons and only one of them looks lost. The younger demands his inheritance and wastes it, then returns expecting to be hired as a servant. His father runs to meet him and restores him as a son. The older brother stayed home, worked faithfully, and still ended up outside the celebration, keeping score. Both were far from the Father's heart, and the Father went out after each one. Grace is always a gift. Wherever you find yourself today, He still wants you near.

The Lost Sheep/The Good Shepherd - Sermon - Pastor Marlee Page
Jesus tells of a shepherd who leaves ninety-nine sheep to search for one that wandered — and that one is the whole point. In Luke 15 and John 10, we meet a God who sees the person the crowd overlooks, pursues the lost rather than waiting for them to find their own way, and carries them home with joy rather than reproach. The Good Shepherd knows His sheep by name and lays down His life for them. You are not invisible to God. He sees you, and He is still asking: who is your one?

The Yeast - Sermon - Pastor Dave Page
Jesus compares the Kingdom of Heaven to yeast — hidden, almost invisible, yet transforming everything it touches. Real change rarely announces itself. God works beneath the surface, replacing hearts of stone with hearts of flesh, reshaping what we love before He changes what others see. If your prayers feel unanswered and growth feels slow, take heart: transformation is not absent, only hidden. Like dough quietly rising, we grow by yielding to the Spirit already at work within us. This week, notice where God has been reshaping your compassion, patience, and humility — and pray, “God, change me.”
