That’s why we believe Pride can hold more than one thing at once.

This month, we’re acknowledging it all: the courage, the resilience, the progress, the setbacks, and the people who continue to rise despite them.

Google is great - it might provide validation for the things you’re experiencing.
But, therapy provides a lens into your depth as a human being and what your true experiences are that you may or may not have explored.

When you set a boundary, what feels hardest?
Setting a boundary sounds simple. Actually doing it? That’s often the hard part. When we’re used to saying yes, being available, or putting other people’s needs first, doing something different can feel uncomfortable, scary, and even disruptive to the relationships around us.
