A beautiful kitchen isn’t just about choosing beautiful finishes. It starts with the right layout.

In this kitchen, the original layout had a few challenges that affected how the space could actually be used:

• A small, two-level island that offered limited countertop workspace and storage
• A refrigerator positioned so the door opened directly into the wall
• Minimal lighting, without enough layers to properly illuminate the different areas of the kitchen

For the redesign, the goal wasn’t simply to make the kitchen look different. It was to make it work better for the people living in it.

The new layout creates a larger, more functional island with additional storage and workspace, improves the flow around the refrigerator, and introduces layered lighting to make the kitchen feel both more functional and inviting.

Because good design isn’t about fitting beautiful things into a space.

It’s about designing the space around the way you live.

That’s why I always say: beautiful aesthetics come from good space planning.

Your bedroom should be more than just a place to sleep. It should feel like a sanctuary. A space that helps you slow down, recharge, and truly feel at home. ✨

Thoughtful planning makes all the difference: from the soft textures and calming palette to the lighting, layout, and flow of the room. When every detail works together, your home starts supporting the way you want to feel every day: calm, grounded, and comfortable.

Design isn’t only about how a space looks. It’s about how it makes you feel when you walk into it. 🤍

Laundry rooms work best when they’re designed with function first.

This space was carefully planned to make everyday tasks easier, with tall cabinetry for bulk storage, open shelves for laundry baskets, a long countertop for folding, and upper cabinets to keep everything organized but out of sight. Even the lighting and backsplash were chosen to make the space practical and pleasant to use.

Because when a laundry room is planned well, it doesn’t just store your washer and dryer, it supports your daily routine.

A thoughtful layout can turn one of the most used rooms in the home into a space that feels efficient, calm, and beautifully organized.

✨ If you’re renovating or planning a new space, the layout matters more than you think.

Working from home sounds great… until the kitchen table becomes your office, the couch becomes your meeting room, and focus becomes almost impossible.

One of the biggest pain points I see in homes today is not planning a dedicated workspace. Without it, work slowly spreads into every corner of the house, and productivity drops.

A well-designed den changes everything.
It creates a clear boundary between work and life, reduces distractions, and gives your brain a space that says “this is where things get done.”

In this design, we focused on:
• built-in storage to eliminate clutter
• a deep desk for a comfortable work setup
• layered lighting for long workdays
• calming, sophisticated colors that help you stay focused

Because working from home shouldn’t feel temporary, it should feel intentional.

If you’re renovating or redesigning your home, don’t leave the workspace as an afterthought. It might become the most important room in the house.

💡 Kitchen tip: Always start with your workflow. Think about how you move between the sink, stove, and fridge, the “kitchen triangle.”
