This salad created by using our romaine for a fresh take on char grilled romaine salad with black garlic dressing was made for all the guests June farm to flame diners as well as served at annual diner event! Supporting chefs and venues using fresh and local ingredients is so important to local businesses and creating fun and unique dining experiences for everyone!

Were you with us at “Taste of the Region” at the Nisku Energy show? We got a chance to showcase just what our high quality produce can do to enhance SO MANY dishes. A huge hit was Ashley’s Tzatziki dip! See here for the recipe below: 1 bunch vertical roots dill, 750 gram tub Greek yogurt of choice, 1 full size grated cucumber, 1/2 lemon juiced, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 tablespoon shallot chopped. Grate the cucumber and mix with 1 tablespoon of salt let sit for 5 mins then squeeze as much h20 out as you can. Then add everything to bowl and mix together.. enjoy!! 🌱💚

Today we had the honour of having guests of the “Taste of Place Summit 2026” eat our cilantro paired with a vegetarian artichoke dish as well as our fresh arugula with beef carpaccio at the beautiful . We had a wonderful morning with Chef Jason from who did a fantastic job highlighting our cilantro and arugula 🌱💚
