Have you ever tried squats on a slant board??
When you squat with your heels elevated, it specifically targets your quad muscles.
If you are lacking ankle mobility, a slant board will allow you to achieve a deeper squat.
To work on your ankle mobility just spin the slant board around and use it to stretch your calves!
