Less Italian than this, but not by much. 🍝
Our Table Carbonara leans North American. Cream instead of the traditional egg, and we're not sorry about it!
Garlic and shallots, white wine to deglaze the pan, crisped prosciutto for salt, mushrooms to balance it out. Grana Padano and fresh basil to finish.
It's called Table Carbonara for a reason. Nonna would understand. ❤️

A quick case for tiramisù on the patio...
It's never baked. It's assembled cold and served cold. Espresso soaked savoiardi, mascarpone whipped smooth, cocoa dusted over top.
And the name? Tiramisù means 'pick me up' in the Treviso dialect. It was built to give you a lift, which is exactly what a warm evening outside calls for.
