Texas sure has its fair share and a plus! Of musical 🎶 talent! Frank Beard - The longtime drummer for ZZ Top for 57 years!! 😲 Kinda ironic his last name was Beard - but he never grew a long beard like the other members of ZZ Top. I did get to see them in concert in Lethbridge not that many years ago. Sure remember a LOT of ZZ Top songs growing up and going to high school in the 80s - the Eliminator album!!

RIP Dolly Parton - Queen of Country 🎶 I grew up listening to Dolly Parton on an 8-track tape. So many great songs - Jolene, Coat of Many Colours are two of my faves.

Porchfest is a free, family-friendly, walkable music festival featuring live performances in front yards of the London Road neighbourhood - ending with a finale concert in Kinsmen Park.

✨ Volunteer Roles Include:

- Porchfest Site Crew (concert host helpers)
- Floaters / Runners
- Kinsmen Park & Info Booth Team
- Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew (sound, signs, tents)

Shifts available between 10am and 10pm on August 29th!
