Calm Surrender 5284

We’re still busy working behind the scenes at Calm Surrender, but we are OPEN and treatments are continuing as usual!

There’s still painting, renovating and plenty of little details coming together — and sometimes it really is the little things. I absolutely love how our front door turned out. A little glimpse of what’s to come inside.

While we work on the transformation, you can still come in, relax and enjoy:

• Reflexology
• Indian Head Massage
• Full Body Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Holistic Facials
• PEMF Therapy
• Ionic Foot Detox with Nolanda Kerr
• Manicures, Pedicures & Waxing with Tiffany Andersen
• Plus our monthly wellness specials
The renovations may be happening around us, but inside our treatment rooms, it’s still all about slowing down, relaxing and taking some time for YOU.
there’s still lots happening behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to show you what we’re creating

Don’t forget to book your Calm Surrender monthly special.

A little peek at what’s been happening behind the scenes at Calm Surrender…

These pictures show the same spaces BEFORE and NOW — and as you can see, we definitely haven’t been sitting still!

Cupboards are gone, flooring is up, walls are being repaired, mudded and sanded, and there is dust absolutely EVERYWHERE.

But I have to give a very special thank you to an amazing friend who stepped forward and offered to help me take this on. I didn’t ask her — she simply offered her time, rolled up her sleeves and jumped right in beside me. We have put a lot of hours and hard work into this together, and I’m incredibly grateful and very proud to call her my friend Kerri Currins

And all this mess? There’s a reason for it.

We’re creating something completely NEW for Calm Surrender, and I am so excited about what this space is going to become.

I’m keeping that part a secret for just a little longer…

Take a good look at the BEFORE and NOW — because the AFTER is going to look very different.

Big reveal coming soon!

And a special thank you to Cash and Dan as well.

Today, we remember.

We remember the thousands of innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the families and loved ones whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, we honour their memory and hold them in our hearts.

May they never be forgotten.

JULY WELLNESS SPECIAL

The Summer Calm Experience

Summer is a season of sunshine, adventure, and busy schedules—but it’s also the perfect time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

This month, enjoy a 30-minute Indian Head Massage enhanced with my signature Summer Calm essential oil blend.

Featuring:

• Lavender – to calm the nervous system
• Bergamot – to ease stress and lift the mood
• Sweet Orange – to brighten the spirit while encouraging relaxation
• Frankincense – to ground the mind and restore inner balance

As warm botanical oils are worked through the scalp, neck, and shoulders, tension begins to melt away, the mind becomes quieter, and the body is encouraged into a deep state of relaxation and energetic balance.

30 minutes of intentional care
