If you're running the Howling Ghost this weekend, the race guide should be in your inbox (check the email associated with your Race Roster account). We sent it last night.
If the internet gremlins stole it, email us at [email protected].
Please also note, that we are not accepting any further registrations for the race.

Volunteer information should be in your inbox.
Thanks to all of our volunteers, without them, our races could not happen!
We have a couple of volunteer spots available at our night race. If you can help, email us at [email protected].
Runners, the race guide will hit your inbox tonight.
See you all on Saturday!
The Howling Ghost Trail Race is one week away!
The race takes its name from an Of Monsters and Men lyric. It was great of the band to stop by Toronto this week and play that song. Also nice to see one of the lead singers getting into the spirit of the race with her ghost-like outfit!
A few notes:
1) We're a bit behind on our email inbox and will get caught up this weekend. Sorry for the delay!
2) Runners and volunteers, you can expect the race guide and volunteer info by Tuesday night at the latest.
We can't wait to see you all next Saturday!
