Anishinaabe artist Norval Morrisseau is the grandfather of contemporary Indigenous art in Canada. When a reproduction of his artwork finds it's way into Frame Space I am speechless. It needs no embellishment, only to be conserved.

When you eye a vintage frame, and finally realize why you've kept it all these years.
Here at Frame Space you can bring in elements to complete your custom picture framing design. In this case, a trip to San Miguel de Allende to discover the perfect artwork for your guilded frame. After choosing mats, glass and backing together we can help to bring your vision to fruition.

Some paintings are so Canadian, and you can spot them a mile away. This one, 'qu'ont l'homme et temp ne font qu'un' - 'Man & Time are One' is just that. A special oil painting by, S. Brunoni of Trois- Rivieres, Quebec. Heritage at it's finest.

It was a surprise to see the painting, Bella's, by Amsa Yaro of the 2025 London Artists' Studio Tour when it arrived here for custom framing. Artwork has a life of it's own and you can never predict its path. All the while sharing it's beauty with those who have the pleasure to receive.
