One of our favourite things about the Millmanor ensuite is how much the new layout changed the way the space can actually be used day to day.
The soft, neutral finishes keep everything feeling bright and calm, while the black fixtures and hardware add just enough contrast. It's literally designed to improve your morning routine.

You deserve a front porch welcome home you can be proud of.
At the Baker house, what started as replacing a rotting porch became a completely refreshed front entry, with warm cedar, black aluminum railings, custom natural stone planter boxes, tinted glass, and a vaulted ceiling overhead.

At the Windsor home, we opened up 700 square feet of the main floor to create a more connected home. The new layout brings the kitchen, dining room, and living spaces together, complete with ceiling-height cabinetry to maximize storage (and avoid those annoying dust-gathering spaces on top). Our favourite part might be the quartz waterfall island though! Or, maybe it’s the coffee bar? 🤷 So many thoughtful corners to choose from!

Meet Phil: The problem-solver who knows how to take a project from drawing board to finished space. 🏡📐
Phil’s career began in architecture, where he spent six years developing design and construction drawings. While he valued the design process, he soon realized that bringing those plans to life would be even more fulfilling. That led him to start his own renovation company, which he operated for 24 years, completing approximately 200 projects for more than 170 clients.
With a degree in Interior Design from Ryerson University and decades of hands-on construction experience, Phil brings a unique perspective to every project. He understands both the creative and technical sides of a renovation, allowing him to collaborate effectively with designers, tradespeople, and other industry professionals throughout the construction process.
Phil’s greatest strength is his ability to solve complex problems using creativity, practical experience, and careful planning. He enjoys projects with multiple moving parts and is always ready to take on a new challenge.

Phil’s love of building started long before his professional career. As a kid, he could often be found constructing forts and treehouses, eventually moving into construction work as a teenager.
When he isn’t on-site, Phil enjoys working around the house, spending time with family and friends, playing golf during the summer, and heading to the ski slopes in the winter. ⛳️⛷️
