The Exercise, Mobility, and Brain Health Lab is a research lab at Western University, Canada

Researchers at the Exercise, Mobility, and Brain Health Lab at Western University are looking for adults aged 60 and older to participate in a 26-week research study exploring how exercise and dietary supplementation may support brain health and memory.

You may be eligible if you:
✔ Are 60 years of age or older
✔ Live independently in the community
✔ Speak and read English
✔ Have noticed changes in your memory over the past 5 years
✔ Are able to participate in moderate exercise (60 minutes, 3 times per week)
✔ Not currently engaged in exercise more than once per week
✔ Can receive medical clearance from a physician to exercise

What participation involves:
• A 26-week exercise program (3x per week)
• Taking a daily supplement
• Two assessment visits (about 3 hours each) measuring memory, mobility, and physical health
• Optional MRI brain scans for interested participants

Participants will receive compensation for their time and travel.

Invitation to Participate in Research:
You are being invited to participate in a study being conducted by the Exercise, Mobility, and Brain Health Lab at Western University.

Briefly, will look at the relationship between educational programs, cognition and brain health in older adults. This study includes participating in an education program once a week, for a six-week period, as well as two MRI sessions along with some pen and paper questionnaires.

Invitation to Participate: Attention and Physical Activity study

You are invited to participate in a research study investing the relationship between attention and physical activity levels. We are looking participants to complete this online study. In this online study, you will be asked to complete a survey and four cognitive games related to attention. The survey will ask questions related your demographic information, physical activity levels, and emotional regulation abilities. This online study will take you approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Your participation is completely voluntary and anonymous.
