9. Jumbo handmade cheddar jalapeno sausages (zero heat) 7 inches and a half pound each
10. Meat kandy “bacon cubes”

Sorry for the delay but here are our turn ins for the bbq comp this past weekend. We did manage a 7th place in pork but mother natures 50mm of rain doesn’t help a guy competing with the offset smoker and wood instead@of charcoal in a drum MY MISTAKE I certainly need more practice with presentation and cleaning up the boxes for judges. I never get good scores in presentation I’m a pitmaster not an artist I guess lol

Aug 18 - vendor appreciation lunch from 12-2pm PRIVATE EVENT

AUG 22 - silver dove estates campground from 11-7pm

Aug 29 - Melbourne Mud Madness 10-5:30pm OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

We have a big bbq competition that Steve and Kaleb are at this weekend and with ribfest going on this weekend we have dialed back how much we cooked because we have been very slow this past month with all the other events in London.

11-5 we’re open Saturday and Sunday. We also have MOINK BALLS THIS WEEKEND !
