There’s lots happening at Foundry First this October.
We’ve got board game night, door sign decorating, a midterm study group and pumpkin painting coming up, plus Reading Week and our Thanksgiving office closure.

A couple of weeks in, the boxes are mostly gone and everyone’s getting comfortable at Foundry First.
Classes are busy, roommates are becoming familiar faces, and the gym, study spaces, and hangout spots are starting to fit naturally into the week.
Here’s to making the rest of the year feel like your own.
Moving day is the start of settling into more than just your room.
At Foundry First, there are spaces for studying, working out, watching a movie, playing games, or spending time with the people around you.
Once the boxes are unpacked, there’s plenty here to make the year feel a little more balanced.

A couple of updates to your Welcome Week plans!
Breakfast to Go is happening Thursday at 9 AM in the lobby, while supplies last.
Frozen Fun has a new date too. Join us Friday, September 18 from 12–2 PM when the Mr. Cool Ice Cream Truck rolls into Foundry First.
Mark your calendar and we’ll see you there!
Foundry First has a way of becoming the thing you keep bringing up.
The cinema, games room, fitness centre, study spaces, and being close to Fanshawe all make it pretty easy to understand why.

Welcome Week is coming up at Foundry First.
Join us for Speed Friending, Trivia Night, and Frozen Fun throughout the week.
If you’re still sorting out where you’ll live this school year, rooms are currently starting at $679/month on a 12-month lease, and Foundry First also has a new 8-month lease option available.
Already living here? Refer a friend and receive a $650 gift card when they sign their lease and move in.
