Through the Clean Water Act (2006), we mitigate threats to the source of municipal drinking water. Help keep your drinking water clean for yourself and your community.

Since the Clean Water Act was introduced 20 years ago, protecting drinking water has meant taking action to prevent contaminants from reaching our water sources.
