The separate side entrance for this ARU is complete and ready to welcome its first tenant. 🔨

A legal, dedicated entrance is what separates a proper ARU from just a basement. It gives the unit its own identity, its own access, and meets all the requirements to make it a fully legal additional unit.

The Moose FM Summer Fun Squad spent the day at the Muskoka Arts & Crafts Festival soaking in everything local artists bring to our community… and also just regularly soaking in the rain. 🌧️

Good thing there were over 200 vendor tents to duck into, stay dry for a minute, and check out some seriously talented makers.

Rain or shine, this festival is pure Muskoka.
