This is an important meeting for all dance families. Attendance at one of our parent meetings is mandatory, and for those unable to attend tonight, another meeting will be offered in the spring.

We’re excited to announce our first-ever “Back Flexibility & Scorpion” Clinic!

Join us on September 3rd from 12:00–1:00 PM for a focused clinic designed to help you build strength, improve back flexibility, and develop new skills.

We’ll be working on:
● Scorpions
● Hairpins
● Back flexibility variations
● Strength and control
● Flexibility techniques
