Reviving Design

Welcome to 🌱 The Garden Loft 🌱
(preliminary rendering)

Designed for clients looking for a little more room to spread out.

It features a studio space on the upper level for a creative business owner, a hobby room to work on relaxing projects and a much needed storage room.

A restful retreat outdoors on both the elevated deck and the ground floor patio overlooks the meadow, trees and beautiful gardens.

This little oasis creates a flexible extension of their main home. The design takes full advantage of its setting, with elevated living spaces and large windows framing the landscape beyond.

IN THE DETAILS ......Custom millwork designed to fit the architecture.

A tailored banquette and curated fabrics create a warm and comfortable dining space that functions just as beautifully for entertaining guests over good food and conversation as it does as a cozy nook for morning coffee with a good book, settling in with a laptop, or spreading out a favourite hobby and simply enjoying the space.

Our latest project reveal - Warm Cape Remodel

Warm Cape embraces the character of a traditional East Coast home while introducing a softer, more collected approach to modern living. Original wide plank pine floors, custom cabinetry, natural wood tones, warm metals, and layered textures create a kitchen that feels both timeless and lived-in. This space balances coastal charm with a relaxed organic warmth designed for everyday life.

Welcome to our Cape Retreat Bathroom project.

Custom tiled flooring, white oak, marble-inspired finishes, soft white cabinetry, and polished metals create a bright and timeless coastal space.

The walk-in glass shower, custom double vanity, and warm wood accents bring together classic materials and clean lines that feel right at home on Nova Scotia's South Shore.

One of the most unique features of this project is the flooring. The tile pattern was custom designed specifically for this space, creating a look you won't find off the shelf. Arthur also handcrafted both the vanity and the linen cabinet, bringing custom millwork and craftsmanship into every detail of the room.

In addition to the bathroom renovation, we updated the laundry/powder room with new flooring, custom laundry storage cabinetry, and a wall-mounted sink that adds both function and character to the space.

Planning a renovation, addition, new build or development project this year?

At Reviving Design & Contracting, we offer professional 2D floorplans, 3D renderings, and customized Design Selection Packages to help homeowners, contractors, and developers visualize the finished space before construction begins.

While we also offer custom building, millwork, and finish carpentry for our own projects, our contracting division is currently booked. However, we continue to offer these professional design and rendering services independently to homeowners, builders, and contractors looking for support with project planning and presentations.

Our rendering services provide realistic visuals of your future project, while our Design Selection Packages organize chosen materials, finishes, fixtures, colours, and specifications into one clear approval document for clients and trades.

These services help:
• Simplify decision-making
• Improve communication during construction
• Reduce confusion and costly changes
• Keep projects cohesive and organized
• Give clients confidence moving into the build phase

Whether you need simple finish selections or detailed specification packages, we can tailor the process to suit your project.
