May 14 is the Moose Hide Campaign day🫎🤎 . The Moose Hide Campaign is a grassroots Indigenous led movement that brings awareness to gender based violence especially toward Indigenous women and children. Wearing the moosehide square is a way to promote conversations about ending violence against women and children, and promoting respect, protection of women and children and, healthy masculinity. Thank you to PLEA Community Services Society of BC Knowledge Keepers Charles Lafferty and Ernie Cardinal for this video about the Moose Hide Campaign.
