Meet Gabby, our farm manager at Yellow House Farm 🌻

Since joining us in April 2021, she has helped guide the farm team and grow the produce that finds its way onto plates at both Sunflower Cafe and Sunflower Lodge.

She loves nature, farming, food, animals, and just about everything that comes with life on the farm. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she has a way of making everyone around her feel welcome.

And when she’s not in the fields, she’s usually spending time with her two dogs, Roxy and Corn.

We’re truly lucky to have her. So much of what makes a meal at Sunflower special starts with the work she does on the farm ❤️

Our strawberry shortcake dessert 🍓

Fresh strawberries and flowers straight from the farm, right in the peak of strawberry season.

Layered with lemon balm curd, vanilla Chantilly, elderflower gel, and rhubarb poached in rose syrup.

A vibrant plate with so much colour and texture, it almost blends right into the garden it came from.
