* Educating & helping people decide whether they are truly ready to go Tiny, discussing what some of the barriers are, assisting them to decide on the type of certified Tiny Home best suited to their needs, helping them plan their individual goals & referring them to 1 or more builders to make that dream come true.❤️

* Directly referring people to 1 or more of the great 11 Tiny House builders I am affiliated with to find or build their DREAM TINY HOME, including matching them to several builders who are itching to build more CUSTOM homes! Often I am able to get exclusive pricing below the builder's MRSP on their website.

* Linking people to financing the TH of their dreams.

*Obtaining a 10% Transport discount off the regular price & up to $500 off the plating & licensing fee through the awesome A & N Transport! 🚛

* Marketing people’s used THs for a very reasonable fee. I currently have some awesome gently used, gorgeous certified Tiny Homes I am marketing for owners which I will post separately.

* Educating landlords throughout B.C. regularly re certified THOWS, Park Models & Mobile Homes on Wheels CSA Z 240 MH, by reaching out directly to them. In doing this, I have built awesome relationships with landlords & people developing TH communities.

* Matchmaking land lords to tenants. Landlords contact me regularly wanting me to match them to a TH owner, but they don’t necessarily want to post their spots publicly, thus some spots aren’t always posted. I market these privately behind the scenes as they don’t wish to post the spots even anonymously in the group😊 They also like that I have established relationships with my clients which they like as it helps them screen for awesome tenants!!!

Well, a much needed vacation to Bucerias 2 years in the making is coming to an end. But so cool that I met this wonderful woman, Tracey West working in a small boutique arty shop.

She has an interesting story, born in Italy, raised in Australia, then moved to Vancouver where her parents had a restaurant in the Italian district on Commercial.

During the pandemic she & her husband decided to renovate a Schoolie in memory of their sail boat. It’s beautiful! It’s a diesal. It’s been driven back & forth from Vancouver to Mexico twice and they live in it now here in Bucerias. They are semi retired.

They documented their journey & you can follow it at the following pages. I love the ingenuity of raising the roof in the middle so her 6 ft 9 hubbie can stand and their roof top deck! It’s a,so off grid.

They had difficulties particularly in Washington finding places to stay in RV parks, but in the end they have a spot here & love it!

So fun to accidentally connect with another TH owner & enthusiast🏡♥️
