Sorry I’ve been a little MIA! ✨

It has been such a beautiful, busy few days. I spent an incredible weekend at the West Coast Women’s Show, surrounded by so much love, connection, and amazing energy. Then yesterday, we were right back at it with another session of Next Level Mediumship!

Needless to say, it has been a whirlwind, but my heart is so full. 🤍

It was a busy but joyful weekend for me at the National Women’s Show in Vancouver !
I had been sick leading up to the show and so I was feeling challenged energetically. However - I had a ton of support from lovely people in my life and as always- Spirit seems to always have my back especially when I’m feeling challenged.
Thank you to everyone who came to experience the demonstrations of mediumship- we had super receptive audiences both days.
I have now managed to injure my knee to the point that I cannot walk without crutches so it would seem that my physical body will be needing some extra TLC now.
Never a dull moment around here !

Oh, and someone asked me if I had a favourite reading or moment over the weekend and if I had to choose - I’d say I really loved how touching the connection was with a beautiful four legged friend who came though so clearly and beautifully for their person 💗

On Monday, we had our first session of Next Level Mediumship, and it went so beautifully. The energy in the class was incredible, and I already know it’s going to be such a special year of learning, connection and growth. I can’t wait to see what unfolds for everyone!

As I sit here cozy on my couch this Sunday evening, I keep thinking about how easy it is to overlook the quiet ways we are growing.

Not every breakthrough arrives as a big, life-changing moment. Sometimes growth looks like responding differently to something that once triggered you. Resting without feeling guilty. Trusting your intuition a little sooner. Or finally realizing that you have outgrown what you once begged to hold onto.

Before the week begins, take a moment to recognize yourself. What feels a little softer, clearer or stronger within you than it did a month ago?

🌑 New Moon in Virgo 🌑

Today’s New Moon in Virgo brings us a beautiful opportunity to reset, reorganize and begin again with intention.
