INFANT CRANIOSACRAL & CRANIOFACIAL THERAPY
Babies aren’t meant to live in survival mode—they’re meant to feel safe, calm, and regulated. 🤍
Gentle craniosacral and craniofacial therapy helps support your baby’s developing nervous system, encouraging a shift into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” state—where babies feed better, digest more comfortably, sleep more deeply, and connect more easily.
Here’s how it can help:
🤍 Supports nervous system regulation
Birth is a significant event, even when everything goes smoothly. Gentle hands-on therapy can help calm an overstimulated nervous system, allowing babies to settle with greater ease instead of remaining in a heightened “fight or flight” state.
🤱🏽🍼 Improves feeding & oral function
Tension through the jaw, tongue, neck, face, and chest can affect latch, sucking coordination, milk transfer, and feeding endurance. Releasing these restrictions allows babies to feed more comfortably and efficiently.
🌿 Supports digestion
When babies are in a parasympathetic state, their digestive system works the way it’s designed to. Many families notice improvements in gas, reflux symptoms, constipation, and overall digestive comfort as the nervous system becomes more regulated.
💤 Encourages restful sleep
A relaxed body and regulated nervous system make it easier for babies to fall asleep, stay asleep, and settle after waking.
✨ Releases birth-related tension
Birth can place significant forces on a tiny body. Craniosacral and craniofacial therapy can gently address tension patterns that contribute to head preference, body asymmetry, torticollis, flattening of the head, or overall stiffness.
The goal isn’t to “fix” your baby—it’s to help their body feel safe enough to do what it was designed to do.
A regulated baby can feed, digest, sleep, grow, and thrive with greater ease. And that’s exactly where babies are meant to be. 🤍

🧠 Concussion Care for Youth Athletes
Concussions can happen at any age—and youth athletes are especially vulnerable. From sports injuries to falls, it’s well known that many concussions go undiagnosed. Symptoms may not appear until days (or even weeks) after the impact.
While a direct blow to the head is common, concussions can also result from an indirect hit or whiplash-type injury. No two concussions look the same, which is why every athlete needs to be assessed and managed individually.
⚠️ Signs of a Concussion
Parents and coaches—watch for:
Light or noise sensitivity
Trouble in busy or loud environments
Difficulty reading or concentrating
Blurred vision
Fatigue
Dizziness or imbalance
Headache
Neck or jaw pain
Drop in academic or athletic performance
🏟️ Why Baseline Testing Matters
A baseline concussion test gives us a snapshot of your child’s normal brain and balance function before an injury ever happens. If a concussion occurs, that baseline becomes the roadmap for safe return-to-school and return-to-play decisions—helping protect your athlete’s long-term health.
✅ What to Do After a Concussion
A concussion assessment can be done hours, days, or even months after an injury. Dr. Mark performs a thorough evaluation to identify deficits and rule out serious complications. From there, he creates a recovery plan tailored to your athlete’s needs. If needed, he will collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcome.
🏅 What Dr. Mark Offers Youth Athletes
Baseline Concussion Testing
Acute & Chronic Concussion Management
Progressive Return-to-Learn & Return-to-Play Protocols
Post-Concussive Syndrome Care
Neurological & Physical Rehabilitation
Your athlete only gets one brain—let’s protect it. 👊🏼
