Caramelized Banana Milk Matcha — you NEED this.
🍌 Banana Milk:
• 1 ripe banana, sliced
• 2 tsp butter
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• Cinnamon to taste
• 7-8 oz milk of choice
🍵 Matcha:
• 4g matcha
• 50ml warm water (175°F)
• 10g honey
• Pinch of flaky sea salt
• Ice
Steps:
1. Caramelize banana in butter, brown sugar & cinnamon
2. Blend with milk until smooth
3. Whisk matcha with warm water into a paste, add honey & salt
4. Pour banana milk over ice, top with matcha & enjoy 🤍
