She walked in carrying what she describes as the hardest time of her 45 years. That weight doesn’t magically disappear in one class, but for that hour, the stress melts away. She gets to move, breathe, laugh, feel supported and simply be surrounded by her Babes.
This is why our community means so much to us. It has never been just about learning choreography or getting the steps right. It’s about having a place to show up exactly as you are, especially when life feels heavy, and leaving feeling a little lighter than when you walked in.

Life gets busy. Between our children, partners, parents, friends, careers and everything else asking for our attention, it can become so easy to place ourselves at the very bottom of the list.
But then you walk into the studio.
For one hour, you get to breathe. You get to move, reconnect with your body, laugh, feel supported and remember that you deserve to experience joy too.
This is why Badass Babes has always been about so much more than learning choreography. It’s about creating a space where you can arrive exactly as you are, even if you’re overwhelmed, emotional, exhausted or unsure, and know that you never have to do it alone.
Thank you for trusting us with this beautiful and vulnerable moment. This is the heart of our community, and the love is very, very real. 🥹❤️
