These apples are good for fresh salads, school lunches, and charcuterie boards.Excellent for eating, baking into pies, making smooth applesauce, or pressing into fresh summer cider.

Garlic scapes are the tender, curling stems of hardneck garlic plants. They have the same flavour as raw garlic, serving as an excellent early-summer delicacy. Nutritionally, they provide a dense punch of vitamins and antioxidants while being very low in calories.

Garlic scapes are best use for pesto, stir fries, pickled, compound butter and for flavouring meats and veggies.

Pick-up locations at Murphy’s Tree Farm in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows on weekends or can be arranged on weekdays.
