Thank you Steve Dowsley for the wonderful birthday present of strenuous physical activity and laughter so hard our eyes were watering. It was certainly an unforgettable way to celebrate another notch.

Also, thank you to Function Health Club - PoCo for hosting the HYROX Official simulation race. It was fun, let's never do it again... definitely not the running parts.
