That's a wrap for Edinburgh Fringe 2026! 🥳

For a festival I went to on impulse days before it started, unprepared & not doing street for a very long time I'm happy with how it went. 

I enjoyed doing shows for the first time in a long time & feeling like I was winging it actually made me have more fun & reminded me performing is part of who I am. 💖 

I thought I was done with street performing & I'm deeply grateful I went & realised I do want to be a street performer. 

I just want to do it my way & don't know what that looks like yet. 

Trying to balance healthy living & keeping up training at the same time is still something I have to figure out but as with everything else in life, I know I can make my own way. 

Thanks to everyone who stopped & watched & thanks to the Derek awards for naming me

Delighted to be back in Thailand doing Muay Thai again & looking forward to the next chapter of a life that feels like mine. 🇹🇭✊

Guess I'm in the perfect place for eating daggers 🗡️

Today is the 1st day since my injury that it hasn't hurt to breathe when I wake up 🫁

100 days exactly.

I still *feel* fluid in my lung & my strength & cardio need work.
HOWEVER
I am DELIGHTED that the daily pain has become mild discomfort & have complete conviction my full recovery is inevitable🔥💪

Recovery forced me to slow down & learn patience. I focused on moving correctly & discovered I LOVE spinning kicks.
This may never have happened otherwise & I now have a whole new level of love & excitement for Muay Thai 💖✊

F**k YES to PATIENCE & pushing forward no matter what.

This too, is a gift 🎁
