Join us on Thursday, August 6 2026, for an intimate evening of live acoustic music at Chameleon, featuring acclaimed guitarist and vocalist Clay Scott.

Doors open at 5:00 PM, with two live acoustic sets throughout the evening.

Guests will enjoy a specially curated three-course prix fixe menu for $55 per person (taxes and gratuity not included, menu is not shareable). Please note that our regular à la carte menu and all-day Happy Hour will not be available during this exclusive event. Each reservation includes a two-hour dining experience, allowing you to relax, savor each course, and enjoy the live performance.

Blending soulful vocals, timeless acoustic favorites, and exceptional dining, this thoughtfully curated evening offers the perfect midweek escape in the heart of Maple Ridge.

Back for a limited time is our seasonal favourite halibut dish, featuring miso butter glazed halibut, ginger soy seasonal legumes, and a house-made pea purée. Rich, vibrant, and perfectly balanced.

We’re also bringing back a classic with a twist - our seafood risotto, made with Dungeness crab and a deeply flavourful halibut stock for a comforting, elevated take on a favourite.

And introducing something new to the table: Blackened Fraser Valley Chicken, packed with flavour and made to impress.
