Our annual Zucchini Race is back at the Haney Farmers Market on Saturday, August 1, and it's one of our favourite events of the summer!

Pick your racer, decorate it, and cheer it down the track as zucchinis battle it out for the finish line. Whether you're racing or watching from the sidelines, it's guaranteed to be a day full of laughs and family fun.

Our vendors for this weekend are so excited to welcome you into August! Come and shop local with us!

Join us on Saturday, August 15, from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM for a spicy celebration you won’t want to miss.

🌶️ Sample delicious spicy bites from our vendors, vote for your favourites, and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a prize!

🔥 Think you can handle the heat? Registration for “The HOT Seat”, sponsored by HotHead Hot Sauce, is coming soon! Inspired by the popular Hot Ones series, brave competitors will answer questions while taking on increasingly spicy bites for a chance to win prizes.

🎤 At 10:00 AM, don’t miss Maple Ridge Mayor Dan Ruimy and Leanne Koehn, Earth Day Festival and Repair Café Organizer with Ridge Meadows Recycling Society, going head-to-head to see who can take the heat!
