Wow! What a fantastic summer! We are back and training the next generation of chefs and cooks!
The Culinary Team for 2026-2027 is in the kitchen and developing the necessary skills to feed the community and more.
They are super excited to OPEN —Notre Night Market as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone who supported the TEAM this year. We enjoyed a very nice meal and graduation dinner together. Thank you to the Firehall Bistro for the great evening. They have passed their final exam at VCC and will now begin their individual career pathways. Go do your magic and enjoy every new opportunity!
