Damiano Intranuovo, P.Eng., is a construction executive with more than 19 years of experience in heavy civil infrastructure. A registered Professional Engineer and graduate of the University of Toronto, he is recognized for his strategic leadership, technical expertise, and results-oriented approach. As Vice President Estimating, Civil, he leads strategic pursuits, estimating, and business development initiatives for complex infrastructure projects. He brings extensive experience in procurement strategy, risk management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of securing and delivering major public infrastructure projects across Ontario.

Helder Amaral is a field operations executive with more than 30 years of experience leading construction and infrastructure projects across Ontario. Combining extensive field expertise with strong operational leadership, he has successfully directed project ex*****on, workforce planning, resource management, and team development. Recognized for his collaborative leadership style, Helder aligns strategic objectives with field operations while fostering a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. His commitment to developing people, optimizing performance, and delivering consistent results has contributed to the successful ex*****on of complex projects and supported long-term organizational growth.

Alfredo Maggio, P.Eng., is the Preconstruction Director of the Civil Division, has been in the industry since 1998. With his 30 years of experience, he has held a variety of roles, ranging from field engineer to vice president and general manager. He has also served as a director of the Ontario Road Builders’ Association (ORBA) since 2002, including a term as president in 2011. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Civil Engineering program and has been a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario since 1997.
