It's easy to produce a dozen identical parts. Scaling that into the millions is an entirely different challenge.
That's why Design for Manufacturing (DFM) has always been a cornerstone of product development at Multimatic. Through close collaboration between our engineering and manufacturing teams, we optimize designs for efficient production from day one, accounting for the inherent manufacturing variations to improve quality, durability, and consistency.
It's where engineering creativity meets manufacturing excellence, transforming innovative ideas into real-world products that can be built consistently, efficiently, and at scale.

We are thrilled to host this year's Smart Prototypes Summit at the Multimatic Vehicle Dynamics Center, where attendees will have the opportunity to experience cutting-edge vehicle development tools like the VI-grade DiM-250 simulator with HyperDock in action.
Discover how simulation, physical testing, engineering data & AI are being connected into continuous development workflows that help engineering teams make better decisions earlier, reduce physical prototypes and accelerate vehicle development.
Connect with industry experts while experiencing live demonstration of advanced tools and technologies supporting vehicle dynamics, ADAS, NVH and smart testing.
Attendance is complimentary, but space is limited. Registration link is in our bio ๐

From championship-winning race cars to some of the world's most capable performance vehicles, Multimatic DSSVโข dampers are built around one principle: consistent, predictable performance.
In spec racing, that consistency helps ensure competitors can focus on driving talent rather than equipment variation. Precision-machined spool valves and rigorous quality control deliver exceptional repeatability damper after damper, vehicle after vehicle.
The result is predictable handling, greater driver confidence, and performance race engineers can trust.
May the best driver win!

Another year of innovation, competition and engineering excellence at FSUK ๐ ๐๏ธ ๐ ๏ธ
Congratulations to ECU Racing on claiming the overall victory after a hard-fought, five-day competition, and to MoRe Modena Racing on winning the Multimatic Vehicle Dynamics Excellence Award.
While the results deserve recognition, what stands out most is the ingenuity, passion and technical excellence displayed by Formula Student teams from across Europe. The innovations on display leave no doubt that the future of mobility and engineering is in capable hands.

Multimatic is back at Silverstone this week to support the students competing in FSUK, and we brought an absolutely electrifying display car to show off โก๏ธ
Stop by and talk to our engineers about the one and only Lotus Evija X, the extreme, purpose-built version of the electric hypercar developed specifically for the track.
We will also be presenting the Multimatic Vehicle Dynamics Excellence Award again this year to the team that best demonstrates understanding and application of vehicle dynamics.
Best of luck to all the teams competing this week!

For International Women in Engineering Day, we caught up with our vehicle dynamics intern Grace, who introduced us to her Queen's Racing FSAE teammates, Jenny and Claire.
Women make up 35% of their team, including many in leadership roles. We asked how theyโve built an inclusive culture and share advice for other young women who are pursuing engineering.
Share this with someone who might be inspired to pursue engineering!

The sound of freeing a new diecast car from its blister pack. The scent of extra thin model cement. The sight of slot cars zipping around the track.
That's where it started for many of us at Multimatic. That early inspiration led to what we do every day, engineering, developing, and assembling some of the most exciting vehicles in the world.
In turn, we hope these programs will spark the imagination of tomorrow's engineers, builders, and innovators.
