SOLID ROCK Markham RCCG

What a weekend! 🙌🏔️

Our SRM Next Generation showed up powerfully, filled with the Holy Spirit on Saturday and leading us straight into God’s presence on Sunday. These kids aren’t just the church of tomorrow, they’re the church today. 🕊️✨

“...your sons and your daughters shall prophesy...” — Joel 2:28

Proud of our Next Gen. More to come! 💛

Next Generation Weekend at Solid Rock Markham! 🏔️✨

This weekend is all about our children! We invite the whole SRM family to come celebrate SRM Next Generation as they minister under the power of the Holy Spirit.

Theme: “Empowered by the Holy Spirit” — Joel 2:28

🗓️ Sat, Sept 26 | 12:00 PM — Next Gen Fun, Fellowship & Ministry
🗓️ Sun, Sept 27 | 9:30 AM — Next Gen Celebration Service (kids leading worship & the Word)

📍 Rock Studios, 50 Don Park Road, Unit 8, Markham, ON L3R 1J3

Bring your family, invite a neighbour, let’s pack the house and celebrate what God is doing through our children!

”Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

The things that may be before you to destroy you, God can use to promote you in his own way and time.

How was service today!???

The church is only as whole as the homes that make it up.

We fight for revival in the sanctuary but neglect the one happening at our kitchen table. We lift holy hands on Sunday and slam doors on Monday. But peace was never meant to start at the altar, it starts at home.

“But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” — 1 Timothy 5:8

If our homes are divided, distracted, or cold, no amount of church programming will fix what’s broken. Order in the house of God begins with order in the house of man.

Go home.
Love loud.
Forgive fast.
Lead with gentleness.
The world doesn’t need a louder church, it needs healed families.

Change your home, and you change the world.🏠✝️

SUNDAY, SEPT 13TH

Immigration Clarity: Special Q&A Session 🇨🇦📄

“Know your status, know your options.”

Following our service, we are hosting a vital session for anyone navigating the Canadian immigration system.

• Speaker: Dr. Wisdom Akpokighe (RCIC- IRB)
• Time: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• Venue: Rock Studios, 50 Don Park Road, Unit 8, Markham.
• Come with your questions and get professional guidance on your status and options.

Depression is Satan’s greatest weapon, but it doesn’t get to rule you.

Even Elijah, a mighty prophet, ran from Jezebel and collapsed under a tree, praying to die. But God didn’t shame him. He sent an angel to feed him, let him rest, then met him gently in the silence (1 Kings 19).

That’s the pattern: God doesn’t condemn the weary, He restores them. So if you’re in a low season, you’re not disqualified from His mercy. You’re exactly who He shows up for.

Don’t let a spirit of heaviness have the final word.

Rest. Rise. Keep walking. 🕊️
