Located along Royal Yor Road - identified as a Major Street in Toronto's official Plan - this site falls under the purview of the EHON: Major Streets policy, which encourages gentle intensification in neighborhood-designated areas along key corridors. A total of 24 residential units have been carefully integrated, offering a balanced mix of three-bedroom, two-bedroom, and compact studio apartments.
Gourmet City Plaza, centrally positioned in Scarborough City, Ontario, stands as a bustling project encompassing over 60,000 square feet of commercial and restaurant units. This vibrant hub is meticulously designed to offer a diverse array of culinary and retail experiences. The strategic location in the heart of Scarborough ensures accessibility for residents and visitors alike. From delectable dining options to enticing shopping opportunities, Gourmet City Plaza caters to the varied tastes and preferences of its patrons.
