We’re racing into this week’s Bruce Brags with Nic Doucette from Bruce Kia! 🏁 Nic joined the group as a Summer Student in 2022 and we were fortunate enough to keep him on full-time. Since then, his eagerness to learn and determination have made him an important part of the team and a successful Product Ambassador.

We asked Nic what accomplishment he is most proud of since joining the group, and we loved his answer: "It is very hard to pick one, so I'm going to give two accomplishments. One is a personal achievement and the other is at a store-level. Ever since working for the Bruce Group, I've always made it a personal goal of mine to hit a 20-car month. I've come close several times with 18 & 19 cars, but this past June, I finally achieved my goal and surpassed 20 cars, ultimately selling 23 that month! The following month, we added Tyler to the sales floor, and along with Nick, Billy and Andrea, we achieved a record-month for the store, surpassing every target!"

For Nic, success is truly a team effort: “I enjoy the atmosphere at the dealership. Selling cars and ensuring customer satisfaction requires more than just me; I’m fortunate to have a great team behind me that always keeps morale high.”

General Manager at Bruce Kia, Nicholas Lakatos, nominated Nic for this week's Bruce Brags.
