Not Everything You Feel Is Yours🌿

Have you ever walked into a room feeling perfectly fine and, within minutes, suddenly felt tense, tired, irritated or emotionally heavy?

Or spent time with someone who was struggling, only to leave the conversation feeling as though you were now carrying some of that weight yourself?

One of the things I’ve learned through years of working with energy is that awareness matters.

We are constantly interacting with people, environments, conversations and emotions. Sometimes we absorb more than we realize.

That doesn’t always mean something dramatic is happening energetically. Sometimes it simply means we’ve been paying attention to everything around us while forgetting to check in with ourselves.

OCTOBER🍂

As the days grow shorter, trees begin to pull their energy inward. They release their leaves, conserve their resources, and direct their energy toward their roots. Beneath the surface, they are resting, rebuilding, strengthening their root systems, and preparing for the new growth that will arrive in spring.

Even when a tree appears quiet and dormant, there is an incredible amount of life and energy happening beneath the surface.

And there is something very beautiful about that lesson for us as humans.

We aren't meant to be in constant bloom, either.

Hello OCTOBER!

The energy of October invites us to slow down, become a little more intentional, and notice what is asking for our attention.

Astrologically and energetically, this month carries themes around balance, relationships, personal values, reflection and deeper inner awareness. It may bring moments where we are asked to look at what still feels aligned, what needs adjusting, and where our energy is best placed moving forward.

This doesn’t have to be a month of pushing. It can be a month of listening.

Listening to your energy. Listening to your body. Listening to what feels peaceful, what feels heavy, and what feels ready to change.

Something new is growing at Inner Trust… 🌿

After more than 10 years of learning, practicing, working with clients and continuing to expand my knowledge in the world of Energy Healing, I’ve decided it’s time to create a space where I can share more of what I’ve learned along the way.

I’m so excited to introduce the NEW Inner Trust SKOOL Community!

This new community is an addition to my healing practice and gives me another way to teach, share, connect and support those who want to learn more about Energy Healing.

The community is being created for everyone from the energy-curious beginner to students, developing practitioners and experienced healers who would also love a place to connect and share their knowledge.

We’ll explore areas under the Energy Healing umbrella such as:

There will be additional dedicated spaces for students to learn, practitioners to connect and grow, and of course The Lab where we take what we’re learning, put it into practice, experiment and build confidence through experience.

Most importantly, I want this to become a safe place where we can...

• Share experiences.
• A place for practitioners to talk about what they’ve learned through their own work.
• A place for those who have experienced energy healing to share their stories.

And a place where we can all learn from and support one another.

The healing practice continues. The teaching expands. And the Inner Trust community grows. 🌿
