Sum Good

Throwback to one of our favourite conversations....sitting down with Mike Fata.

We got into what it actually takes to solve a real problem in this category (yes, we went there on dyes in the market), the questions every founder needs to ask before they scale, and why staying stubborn about your “why” beats chasing shortcuts.

Mike built Manitoba Harvest from a hemp-seed obsession into a $419 million exit, and he still shows up generous with his time and honest with his advice. Getting this time with him was a full circle moment for Sum Good.

Thanks again for the wisdom and the good company, Mike.

To the founders still in the middle of the mess: keep going.

Nausea is the #1 reported side effect.

And.....Sum Good might be able to help take the edge off.

Sum Good is made with 86% Canadian pressed apple cider and a potassium-forward electrolyte blend, built for days when your stomach isn’t cooperating.

In a Mount Saint Vincent University study, participants reported a 49% reduction in perceived nausea and 43% less perceived thirst after having just two Sum Good.

No big gulps, no heavy ingredients. Just real, whole-food hydration that goes down easy when everything else feels like too much.

Swimming, sunshine, and a whole lot of heat ☀️

Here’s the thing about hydration ...water alone doesn’t always stick. Without the right electrolytes, a lot of what you drink just passes right through you instead of actually hydrating your cells. Electrolytes/Sum Good are the traffic controllers for your water, guiding it into your cells instead of letting it pass right through you.

Important to know that the majority of electrolyte drinks load you up on sodium that you don’t need and skip the one that actually matters most for hydration and muscle function ....potassium! Sum Good flips that: potassium-forward, low sodium, to hydrate you smarter.

One snap, one quick gulp, and you’re topped up! Bonus: no mixing, no powder, no mess. Small enough for a golf bag, a diaper bag, a gym bag, swim bag, you name it ✅

Sunny days call for Sum Good. 🍎⚡

Happy summer, friends 🩵
