Meet The Acorn, a new Spitfire-designed project bringing 65 apartments and ground-floor commercial space to Acorn Street in Fredericton 🤘

Featuring studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, private balconies, in-suite laundry, a resident gym and lounge, underground parking and bicycle storage, The Acorn is designed around everyday convenience. Rooftop solar panels will put the sun to work.

Located near Bishop Drive and Hanwell Road, with shops and restaurants nearby, the building will be home to River Valley ENT Associates, with apartments managed by Considerate Property Management.

Exciting sneak peak of 246 Millennium Blvd in Moncton!

Located on the same master site as our upcoming 1,200-unit residential development, this new commercial plaza will serve as a central hub for the growing community. The modern design features 12 flexible commercial spaces, including a dedicated restaurant unit complete with a raised outdoor terrace and integrated fireplace.

Designed by Spitfire and built by PVC Construction for the CG GROUP LTD, bringing convenient retail and dining right to the residents.

Here’s a look at our design for the new Grass Home in Riverview. The 40-room assisted living home includes shared dining and living spaces, a sunroom and a salon, all with a welcoming, residential feel.

This is the second Grass Home we’ve designed for the Grass family. Thanks for trusting Spitfire with another one! 🤘

Today, we announced 40 new Level 3G nursing home beds at Grass Home in Riverview, part of our work to create 360 new long-term care beds across the province.

And we’re moving quickly. Even while the RFP process remains open, we’re already taking action on projects that can add capacity sooner, reduce pressure on our hospitals and help more New Brunswick seniors get the care they need closer to home.

Aujourd’hui, nous avons annoncé l’ajout de 40 nouvelles places de niveau 3G au foyer de soins Grass Home, à Riverview, dans le cadre de nos efforts visant à créer 360 nouvelles places de soins de longue durée partout dans la province.

Et nous avançons rapidement. Même si le processus de demande de propositions est toujours en cours, nous agissons déjà pour faire avancer des projets qui permettront d’accroître plus rapidement la capacité, de réduire la pression sur nos hôpitaux et d’aider davantage de personnes âgées du Nouveau-Brunswick à recevoir les soins dont elles ont besoin, plus près de chez elles.

Spitfire Design played an important role in the planning and development of 91 Rupert Street through their plan creation, floor plans, virtual renderings, and inspections. Their renderings gave us the opportunity to see what the building would look like before construction was complete and watch that vision become a reality. 🏢📐

It’s amazing to look back at the original plans and renderings now and compare them to the finished building!
