Ready Set Realign
Supporting women to realign, rise, and lead from the inside out.
What if sustainable success wasn’t about pushing through more… but learning how to better manage our energy and capacity? 🌿
I’m so excited to finally share something Miranda Brooking and I have been developing together:
✨ Sustainable Success: Energy & Capacity Management
On October 1st & 2nd, we’ll be bringing this work to 100+ people within an organization for our first large-scale virtual delivery.
The idea behind it is simple:
We shouldn’t have to wait until people are completely depleted to start talking about energy, capacity, rest and sustainable ways of working.
Through Sustainable Success, we explore:
→ Where our energy is actually going
→ How to recognize depletion earlier
→ What genuinely restores capacity
→ The workplace patterns that drain or support us
→ Practical ways to create more sustainable success
And next week, you can experience it with us.
We’re hosting introductory sessions where you can get a taste of the work and explore whether Sustainable Success could support you, your team or your organization.
We’re also now booking organizational workshops for November and beyond.

What if burnout prevention isn’t about doing less…
but about letting go of the belief that everything has to be done perfectly?
Perfectionism can look a lot like ambition.
One more revision.
One more hour.
One more thing before you rest.
One more push before you give yourself permission to feel accomplished.
But when the finish line keeps moving, your nervous system never gets the message that you’ve done enough.
Progress over perfection is a sustainability practice.
It means asking:
✨ What actually needs my best energy today?
✨ What can be good enough?
✨ What can wait?
✨ Where am I spending energy polishing something that is already working?
Sustainable success isn’t about lowering your standards.
It’s about recognizing that you are one of the resources your success depends on.
Your energy matters.
Your capacity matters.
And protecting both isn’t getting in the way of your progress.
It’s what allows you to keep making it.
Progress over perfection. Sustainability over depletion.
A reminder for anyone building something new: don’t quit just because it’s taking longer than you thought.
Starting a business can be incredibly humbling. You can be working hard, doing all the right things, learning constantly, and still wonder why you’re not further ahead.
I’ve had plenty of moments where I’ve questioned what I’m doing and whether it’s all going to work out.
But building something from nothing takes time. You’re figuring out what works, what doesn’t, who you actually want to serve, and what kind of business you even want to have.
Some things will flop. Some ideas will change. You’ll probably have to pivot more than once.
That doesn’t mean it isn’t working.
Give yourself enough time to actually find out what’s possible.
Keep going. ❤️

Here’s the truth about my Co-Author Series:
1 You don’t write alone, you speak your story in a guided conversation.
2 Your words become a professionally written chapter that sounds like you.
3 You become a published author with your name in print.
4 Your lived wisdom finally reaches the women who need it.
Most people wait years.
Your story is already the chapter.
You just need the right container to bring it to life.
The goal isn’t perfect prose. It’s a legacy that finally leaves your body and changes someone else’s life.
Comment CHAPTER and I’ll send you the application. Your story is already enough. 🤍

This feedback is from one of the CO-AUTHORs of the Rise of the Self-Led Woman. Watching her rise into more writing opportunities, speaking, podcasts and more has been such a beautiful thing to witness.
Her words reminded me why The Rise of the Self-Led Woman exists and why your story matters more than you know.
Watch the video. Feel what I felt.
Here’s the truth:
1 Your story is not just yours, it’s medicine for another woman.
2 You don’t need to be a writer to become a published author.
3 A guided conversation becomes your chapter, in your voice.
4 Volume 1 co-authors are already opening doors, speaking on stages, being seen.
5 The only story that can’t change a life is the one that stays buried.
Most people wait for permission that never comes.
This is it.
Comment CHAPTER and I’ll send you the application. Your story deserves ink. 🤍
