This was a fun job! Was an old deck/side entrance, we removed the deck, backfilled, poured a concrete slab over rigid insulation, polished finish, and framed in a mudroom with a couple of nice big windows and new door to allow ventilation and lots of natural light, and finished it off with a nice cedar T&G ceiling and some combination windowsill/benches, and cedar shake siding to match the rest of the house

Another fun job from the last little bit, approx 120’ of ranch style fencing with 4x4 cedar posts, including a 10’ wide double gate, 8’ wide arbor with a similar width pathway leading up to the front entrance of the house

First post in a while, it’s been a busy summer so far! We took a few old concrete garden beds and small shed base out of this area, power washed it down to bare bedrock, and formed a 900 sq ft slab on it with drainage built in for two sheds, plus the sidewalk back to tie into the existing sidewalk at the house with conduit to allow a couple plugs and lights in each shed. Hardie siding, black metal roof, flashing, and gutters, and white vinyl soffit. Was a fun project and a great client to work with!

Another quick fence build with a little artistic flair and slightly wider gate requested by our client!

With the weather starting to get better we’re looking back at some of the fun projects we did last year, don’t wait til the middle of summer to start yours!

Enjoying the nicer weather today, and looking back at these two metal roofs/structure we did this last week, one to provide dry storage off the back of a shop, and one to provide more shelter for a weather facing exterior door

Had some fun working indoors for a couple days with a beautiful view, and a great client! Sheeted the roof of their 24x24 shop, and installed a drop down ladder access!

Can’t complain about the fall sunrises, especially on a beautiful jobsite like this! 🙌
