Jake Of All Trades Contractor

Busy summer and fall so far haven't had time to post much work. Repeat customer wanted a upgrade on her fence and wanted to do something a little different. We came up with the swail on the top of the fence to give it a different appeal. Original plan was to pull the old posts out but the pool concrete was poured after the fence and made removing the old posts a hassle. We offset the new posts to make it work. It turned out really nice. Thanks Gail for using us over and over on your projects . See you in the spring for the new pergola

Customer needed a fence to close the rest of his property off with an opening wide enough for his lawn mower . Thanks Chris for using us

Customer gutted their kitchen we came in installed and repaired drywall. Installed new decoupling membrane and tiles throughout kitchen and dining room. New trims and paint. Rogan kitchens did the cabinets. Allison Electric Inc.-1001575715 did the electrical. Lalonde plumbing for the plumbing and blackbird stone and tile did the countertops and one piece back splash. This job turned out very well . Thanks Adam and mary for using us all on your project .

Repeat customers asked for some novik siding to make the base of their house have some great curb appeal. The rock makes it pop and go with the rest of their property. We painted the gingerbread arches facia and garage doors aswell. A privacy fence to hide the propane tanks and a customer flower pot for their front window. Thanks Brenda for continuing to use us for your projects it turned out really well

One thing to rely on when doing a reno is that it won't go as planned. Old farm houses have a lot of obstacles to ensure kitchens are level and put in properly. Odd vent locations , walls are never square or plum , ceilings are wavey floors are not level etc customers installed their own handles as they were undecided when we were done . This is a great addition to this old house giving a rustic feel. Thanks Karen for the buisness

Customer had fallen through her stairs and was in need of a few new sets . The old stringers were put on upside down and made it tough to use them. We mimicked what was there but made sure these were done proper . Thanks Helen for the buisness
