For Hayley and I, breathwork has been a life-changing practice. It has helped us get in touch with our inner voice, process our emotions, and has been a powerful tool for navigating difficult periods and becoming more resilient. Now we feel inspired to share this practice with the community.
We believe breathwork is a profound tool to support us through life. It strengthens the nervous system, helps clear what we no longer need, and connects us to the most ancient and wisest part of us - the part that is calm, courageous, and connected to all of life. And beyond the breath itself, this is a gathering of community: a time to come together, to connect, to be witnessed, and to share your authentic expression in whatever way feels comfortable for you. We welcome you to join us for an Autumn Breathwork Journey.
Together we bring a loving presence and create a safe haven for you to show up exactly as you are, in all of your humanness. We bring a trauma-informed lens to supporting you, meeting you exactly where you are. All levels are welcome

Classes are drop in for $20 or a punch-pass is 5 for $80.
There is always flexibility if you want to attend and cannot pay the full amount.
We chant to anchor the mind and shift our internal state, we practice breath work to awaken and direct our Life force. We use focused movement to build vitality and to liberate energetic blocks.
