Akin to the inhale and exhale, finding comfort in the rest between.

Personally, it is important for me to find the space between, to feel unbiased and spacious.

The intensity of life, demands that we find the rest in our internal landscape.

Focus. Aperture. Affect.
How we chose to move, slowly, quickly, loudly, unseen, with certainly or hesitation.

I succumb to the moments, each beautiful petal, unfolding.
Offering its medicine harnessed by the unconditionally giving, nurturing Mother Earth.
Harnessed from the constant dance of the cosmos.

We are so much more then, the moment we are in, the emotions moving through in that moment.
We are a tapestry woven with chaos, love and certain movement.
We are constantly in that motion, emotion. No where, and everywhere, at once.

Focus, what we choose to gaze upon.
Aperture, the light rays that we let in.
Affect, how we show up in the world, within each moment of emotions moving us.

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, it IS a lot of walking the precipice, razor sharp edge.
The many facets of myself that want to scream and react, to shame, the adult who keeps those pieces in check.
It’s okay to have reactions, it’s okay to feel the not so good feelings, how else do we grow?
So, here’s to the messy, explosive, uncomfortable growing pains.

May I have courage to walk through the parts of me that fight my vulnerability.
May I always speak my truth.
May I be humbled to the lessons coming.
May I be honoured to know deep wisdom of others and within.
May I respect myself enough to stay the course.
May I bow my head to the wisdom of my heart.
May I LOVE myself in each moment, standing alone in my brilliance.

When you love all of you, when you can befriend the pestering past.
The heart, the mind, the emotions and spirit line up and carry you.
When your ancestors here your prayer & you realize, they’ve been speaking through you this entire time!!🦋🌟
You are loved, you are supported, we are holding one another in health.

As all of you are aware, at the time our world culture is doing it's best to weather the storm. Being diligent with social distancing and protecting the ones who are more vulnerable in our communities.

All non essential services and businesses have been asked to shut down. The College of Massage Therapists has issued a directive to stop working with our clients.

I will keep all of your appointments will be kept in order, and I will contact you once we have been given the green light to do so.

We are all moving through this together, and we will come out the other side.

I look forward to the day we can be in the same room and I can give you a treatment.
